You are what I would expect a nephrologist should be doing to help heal our bodies. But notice no doctor uses healthy foods to cure diseases.

I like it when you say, " You'll have to get in shape, probably lost a couple more people with that" Its so true that people dont want to put in the dedication and effort to look after their bodies effectively for the disease they have. Thank you for being so honest. I felt best on plant based until it affected my iron levels, nothing else but meat would bring it back up, unfortunately. But then I just added very little healthier choices occasionally to enchance a recipe. That worked and felt better immediately within a few days. Make sure to get iron levels checked going vegan. Iron pills did not help me, actually made me sick.😢

I just had my labs done as I always do, but my Egfr dropped from 70 to 57 from April till end of July. My glucose was also high for the first time at 105, creatinine 1.42, sodium 147. A1C slight dip to 6.0. Yes, I'm scared, I will get on all plant based foods and fresh vegetables and start moving more. I got a little confused on the different supplements you talked about, especially the one you didn't get into detail (kidney restore). Not sure why you suggested it, or what that one does. As of now, I'm waiting on my appointment to see kidney Dr. That will be fun, I refuse to go down that road. The more I can do on my own the better. Thank you so very much. ❤

So, you cut out all "animal proteins"? Also, you are not a big eater of broccoli/cauliflower/asparagus etc.. those are pretty low in carbs, you can really fill up your plate on those, no?

I just got informed I was stage 3b, like you, diabetes for 15+ yrs, metformin use, high b/p, having to take statins, use bipap machine, am 140lbs but should be 125 at age 62. A yr ago my thyroid went nuts and i had that removed completely. so more daily meds. so depressed all weekend from learning what the heck CKD even is!? never knew anything about it. I did lose 2 sisters to the ravages of their diabetes in past 4 yrs. Right now i wanna cry, I cant imagine never having meat or my morning pepsi EVER AGAIN. been chugging only water since found out CKD...its like my body is just giving up like my older sisters' did. Im amazed at your means of healing your body. i will def have to rewatch several times! I had to quit my well paying job due to how terrible I was feeling and persistent brain fog so little worried about affording all this. I didnt realize only type 1's got that continuous monitor. like you I took my metformin for yrs, with no break and now I see even that is harmful to kidneys. so unfair as I havent missed a damn dose! anyway, thank you again, after long weekend of research and heartbreak...you did give me a lift in spirits tonite. take care, Cheryl P/Washington state

I just found out I have Stage 3b kidney disease and your videos have been the most helpful and easy to follow. You have given me hope as not one of my doctors ever told me about my condition. I just happened to get my medical report dealing with blood work and urinalysis and in their report, it stated about my kidney disease! I was never told anything, and I had to ask for a referral. Thank you for all you have shown! May God continue to bless you and your family.

And I went to Dr Google and I have been spinning ever since. I can be pretty chronically dehydrated so not sure if that can affect the number. I am overweight by 30 lbs. I was overweight by 60 but have lost half.

Hello, my mother is 57years old and recently diagnosed with CKD stage -4. Her eGFR rate 18 and creatine is 2.7. She has no diabetes but has high pressure. Is there any possibility to get reverse?

Unfortunately my social security benefits have been have suspended. Social security says i worked last year in CO which I didn't. Called irs they dont have any records of that. But they put on me to fix it. Its been three month's. So its made extremely difficult to stick to the diet. Need help I'm not sure what to do
